Company President Marc Kaplan is a respected electrical service and building industry expert and entrepreneur. He launched his first electrical contracting company in 1980, providing electrical service within the Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Santa Cruz areas for eighteen years. Then his family's health required moving to Las Vegas, where he entered the Custom Electronics Industry. Due to his depth of electrical knowledge and experience, he was recruited to be a lecturer at the Home Automation Expo and CEDIA. Additionally, during the fifteen years they lived in Las Vegas, he created another successful electrical design and contracting company consisting of fifty-five employees.
Throughout Marc's decades-long career, he has designed and installed large-scale projects such as high-end home theaters, whole home automation systems, centralized lighting controls, installation, boardrooms, and various custom projects. Moving to the Seattle area in 2015, Marc started a Washington-based electrical contracting firm named Align Electric that serves East Puget Sound with an emphasis on design, project management, and commissioning of multi-discipline projects for commercial and premium residences.
